¡Eh! ¡eh! ¡eh! Con pega, pero todavía buscando práctica... Espero que reconozcan mi corta carrera como traductora autónoma (jaja) y me la consideren como práctica; no estaría mal, ¿ah?

Estas últimas semanas, en que el único momento en que puedo estar flojeando es en la noche, me he dedicado a ver, aparte de la teleserie "Alguien te Mira" (que veo sagradamente todos los días) y uno que otro reality del People&Arts, el espacio "80" del canal VíaX. Al comienzo lo miré bastante a huevo porque duraba una miserable hora en que daban uno que otro video bueno, pero después me acordé que, en realidad, hacía falta un programa así para una persona como yo, siempre requete snif por esa época... la del Pipiripao, los cassettes que se rebobinaban con lápices BIC, los VHS, los Atari (aunque a mí me gustaba más el Nintendo... jeje), las Matadero Palma, las zapatillas con caña (featuring LAGear) y las chasquillas araña hechas con toneladas de laca, por nombrar algunas cosas. Digo "uno que otro video bueno", porque de repente dan absolutos bodrios o cosas ya aaaabsolutamente repetidas (es buena "Girls just wanna have fun", pero de tanto darla la están matando). Pero debo decir que así como hay veces que me aburre, en otras me sorprende: dieron videos de canciones como Ashes to Ashes, muuuchas de QUEEN, joyas del rock argentino como Demoliendo Hoteles, de Charly García, una que otra de Culture Club como Miss me Blind... sé qué son todas bien mainstream, pero al menos no son las más carreteadas cuando se mencionan los ochentas.

Haciendo un paralelo con Japón, uno de los cantantes más topísimos de los ochenta fue Toshinobu Kubota. Yaaaa lo presenté en el blog (ver aquí) así que no me pregunten quién es. Diré solamente que esta canción que coloco, "Ryuusei no SADDLE", es una canción con mucho power que pegó mucho en el año 1989. Al escuchar este tema, algunos dirán que está pasado a Michael Jackson... sí, puede ser, pero él está mucho más tirado pa'l lado del R&B. Eso se nota al escuchar sus discos; la mayoría de sus canciones no son como "Ryuusei no SADDLE". Ahora, la voz es bastante buena, ahí sí podría compararse con el ex dueño de Neverland.

Ｃomo ya puse "Head Over Heels" dos mensajes atrás, voy a tener que dejar el video que había dejado preparado de Tears for Fears para poner acá y pondré a otro artista ochentero pa' cambiar un poco. Igual me gusta. Termino por hoy y los dejo también con... el espléndido video de SLEDGEHAMMER, 1986 (que jamás me aburro de verlo) del gran Peter Gabriel... sé que es la canción del álbum más comercial que tiene, estoy consciente de aquello... pero el video es una adicción. Sorry...
